Happy Friday Franklin!

After just one day of College Basketball March Madness, there are only .00038% perfect brackets remaining.

The odds of filling out a perfect bracket are one in 9.2 quintillion. That looks like this: 9,200,000,000,000,000,000.

These are the same odds of me getting to watch March Madness games all weekend. “Saturday spring cleaning time” my wife says.

My bracket is busted.

I suppose I’ll go try my luck at something with better odds… like the lottery. The odds of winning the Mega Millions Jackpot are 1 in 302.6 million.

Chat GPT helped me determine that you are 30 million times more likely to win the Mega Millions Jackpot than you are to predict a perfect bracket. (I did the math in my head as well and ended up at the same number).

The Mega Millions Jackpot is up to almost $1 billion now. It’s just the sixth time in the game’s 22-year history that the jackpot has reached this level.

I’m going to buy a ticket for tonight’s drawing and if I win the jackpot, every subscriber gets $25,000. Seriously.
