The Franklin Rodeo Parade will take place this Saturday from 12 - 1:30pm. There will be floats, horses, bands, and more. Franklinâs own Vince Neil, frontman of Motley Crue, will be leading the parade as the Grand Marshal. If youâd like to participate in the parade, email the rodeo parade chair at [email protected]. This is a rain or shine event.
Construction has commenced on Wyelea (why-lee), an exclusive residential development in Franklin featuring 68 homesites spanning 600 acres along the West Harpeth River. Homesites range from under an acre to ten acres, starting at $1.5 million, offering access to a private members club and equestrian facilities. Wyelea is prioritizing conservation, with 200 acres dedicated to preservation. Daniel Communities will manage the club and amenities, focusing on conservation-minded community planning. Amenities include equestrian facilities, lawn sports, spa services, farm-to-table dining, and curated events. The community will offer extensive resident services and will feature 24/7 on-site security. Home construction is set to begin in early Spring 2025, with more information available at wyelea.com.
