Happy Monday Franklin.
Today is National Leave the Office Early Day so feel free to head out around 2pm. If your boss gives you any trouble, you can just show them this email and that should suffice. If that doesnāt work, you can have them call me directly. Too many people refuse to take this holiday seriously and Iām not going to stand for it.
Two items that are buzzing:
1. 2025 Masters Tickets Applications are now open (through June 20).
2. The Moana 2 Trailer set the all-time record for a Disney animated film with over 178 million views in the first 24 hours.

Trace View Ranch Summer Camp: Trace View Ranch is having its first-ever summer camp on June 14th and 15th. There will be games, water activities, horseback riding, time with the animals, etc. The full schedule will be posted in the barn when parents arrive to drop off the kids so you can know whatās going on during the day. Kids will be put into groups of four and each group will have a camp counselor to ensure everyone is looked after during the day and is safe. Healthy snacks, lunch, and water will be provided. You can message Trace View Ranch on Instagram here to book.
Youāve Got a Friend in Me: Nashville and Franklin both made Southern Livingās list of the āFriendliest Cities in the Southā, ranking 5th and 8th, respectively. They wrote about Franklin, āOnce a quiet suburb just south of Nashville, everyone (or so it seems) has been let in on the secret that is Franklin.ā You would think that everyone would be happy to show up on these lists but there is always some internet troll that angrily responds with, āWEāRE NOT THAT FRIENDLY!ā Speak for yourself trollio.
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CHASE
Vacations are the best. Free vacations are even better.
First-class flights to Europe?
A week in Bora Bora?
Cruises in the Caribbean?
All free?
Thatās right ā you can go on the trip of your dreams and not pay a single dollar.
All of these trips can be covered using credit card points.
My go-to card is the Chase Sapphire Reserve (Preferred is great too). The sign-up bonus is 75,000 points, which youāll earn if you spend $4,000 in 3 months.
If youāre interested, you can apply here.
In addition to the sign-up bonus, here are some of the other benefits:
Annual travel credit: Up to $300 travel credit received each anniversary year can be used to reimburse travel-related purchases, which can include airfare, hotel stays, car rentals and more.
Airport lounge access: Complimentary Priority Pass Membership.
Foreign transaction fees: None
Travel insurance: Autoā Rental Collision Damage Waiver, Trip Delay Reimbursement, Lost Luggageā Reimbursement, Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance
TSA PreCheck/Global Entry/NEXUS credit: When you use your Chase Sapphire Reserve Card to pay for a TSA PreCheck, NEXUS or Global Entry application, you can receive a reimbursement of up to $100. This credit can be used once every four years.
3x points on travel and dining: With Chase Sapphire Reserve, you can earn 3x points on all dining and travel purchases after the first $300 is spent on travel purchases annually.
10x points on hotels and car rentals, and 5x points on flights: You can earn points at these rates when you purchase travel through Chase Ultimate Rewards after the first $300 is spent on travel purchases annually.
If you think this might be the card for you, you can read more and apply here.
Disclaimer:
1. The link I shared above is an affiliate link (I get some points if you sign up and get approved).
2. There is a $550 annual fee for the Chase Sapphire Reserve Card and a $95 annual fee for the Preferred Card.
3. If you have a problem with credit cards or you donāt pay off your balance each month, the āpoints hackingā game is probably one to avoid playing. Who cares if you get your $1000 flight covered with points if you paid $2,000 in interest on your credit cards to earn those points?
