It looks like we have some beautiful Spring weather ahead, which is good timing, as there are a lot of fun outdoor events going on around town.

Tennessee Renaissance Festival
Travel back in time to the enchanting village of Covington Glen at the 2025 Tennessee Renaissance Festival, held at Castle Park in Arrington, TN. This annual celebration runs from 10am to 6pm on May 3–4, 10–11, 17–18, and 24–26, offering a full day of immersive experiences for all ages.

Festival Highlights:

Themed Weekends: Each weekend boasts a unique theme:
- Viking Victory (May 3–4)
- Fantasy and Folklore (May 10–11)
- Pirate Plunder (May 17–18)
- Celtic Celebration (May 24–26)
Live Entertainment: Enjoy daily jousting tournaments, musical performances, magic shows, and interactive storytelling. Meet mermaids, jesters, and other colorful characters throughout the festival grounds.
Artisan Marketplace: Browse handcrafted goods from skilled artisans, including jewelry, pottery, and leatherwork. Watch live demonstrations and find unique treasures to take home.
Culinary Delights: Feast on traditional fare like turkey legs and meat pies, and quench your thirst with ale and other period-appropriate beverages.
Special Events: Participate in the Fairy Flower Crown Craft for children aged 5–10, or join the Queen's Promenade dance class for ages 13 and up. Both require advance ticket purchase.

- Saturdays: $28 online / $38 at the gate
- Sundays & Memorial Day: $25 online / $35 at the gate
- Children (3–12): $5 online / $10 at the gate
- Children under 3: Free (ticket reservation required)

Berry Farms Market
There’s a fresh new way to kick off your weekends in Franklin! The Farm Stand at Berry Farms launches Friday, May 16, bringing seasonal, locally sourced vegetables, fruits, meats and more to Town Center Park in Berry Farms every Friday evening from 4 to 7 pm, through mid-October.

The Farm Stand at Berry Farms invites locals and visitors alike to shop from a curated selection of offerings each Friday, with fun pop-up events like goat yoga, live music, line dancing and more to keep the whole family entertained. It’s a celebration of Tennessee farming and our community – all in one vibrant weekly gathering.

Four local farmers will be featured this season, offering everything from fresh-cut flowers to artisan mushrooms, pasture-raised meats and farm-grown produce. This season’s lineup includes:

● Hidden Willow Farm

● Pig & Leaf

Franklin’s newest smile destination, Sloane Dental, is now open in the heart of town.
